Cellphone SMS (text message) spam
China says it is fighting hard against the growing number of SMS based spam messages. About 5hundred thousand complaints were filed last month in china on SMS related spam. Reports say that more than 13 unsolicited messages make its ways to the average cell phone users in china every week and is rising 50% every year. Most of them think it’s really annoying to have these many messages on their mobile.
Mobile providers are implementing spam message blocking filers and promoting software’s in cell phone to regulate spam.
